Tween Book vs. Movie

Have you ever read a book and wondered if the movie was the same? That is what our Tween Book vs. Movie club does. Ages 9-13 come by the Elko Mybrary and pick up a copy of the book. Read it on your own and then come watch the movie with us! We have snacks and talk about the differences and similarities between the book and movie.

Tweens ages 9–13 can pick up a copy of The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick at the Elko Mybrary and read it on their own before the event.

During the program, we’ll watch the movie together, enjoy snacks, and talk about the similarities and differences between the book and the film.
